Kemaben M is a highly effective preservative blend based on long used preservatives diazolidinyl urea & methylparaben. It provides broad spectrum antimicrobial protection to many types of personal care products without affecting their final properties. Kemaben M is a variant of the popular preservative system Kemaben 2 that meets the demand for products based on the shortest chain paraben.
Kemaben M is a broad spectrum preservative very effective against Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, yeasts & moulds. This system is a balanced combination of diazolidinyl urea as antibacterial, methylparaben as antifungal dissolved in propylene glycol that acts as preservative booster.

    Kemaben M can be easily incorporated into a broad number of cosmetic products; ideal for the preservation of aqueous formulations & emulsions. It is compatible with anionic, cationic and non ionic cosmetic ingredients. Typical applications include:

    Body & face care: tonics, gels, lotions, creams.
    Make-up: foundations, eyeliners, mascaras, powders.
    Sun products: sunscreens, suntans, aftersuns.
